Presswink Technology designs and deploys internet-centric software platforms, including:

• Typing Monkey (typingmonkey.in): Online and mobile typing assessment, speed testing, and educational modules.
• Mutual Transfer (mutual-transfer.com): Information and matchmaking platform facilitating mutual transfer discovery for government employees.
• T2 Browser (t2web.in): High-performance mobile browser with native ad-blocking utilities and download acceleration.

We reserve the right to modify, update, enhance, or discontinue any feature, app, or service at our discretion without prior liability.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

When interacting with our software and platforms, you agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code of our proprietary software.
• Deploy automated bots, spiders, scrapers, or DDoS tools against our cloud systems.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, trojans, or unauthorized spyware.
• Falsify employment credentials, cadres, or personal identities on the Mutual Transfer portal.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, service marks, domain names, UI designs, codebases, audio-visual materials, and proprietary documentation associated with Presswink, Typing Monkey, Mutual Transfer, and T2 Browser are the exclusive intellectual property of Presswink Technology Private Limited and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize the apps solely for your personal or authorized internal purposes in accordance with these Terms.

5. Warranty Disclaimers

OUR SOFTWARE, APPS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PRESSWINK TECHNOLOGY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

For the Mutual Transfer platform, Presswink functions as a facilitating communication directory and does not guarantee official approval of any job transfer by government authorities or employers.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PRESSWINK TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SOFTWARE.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, breach security policies, or engage in behavior harmful to our user community or infrastructure.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Arrah, Bhojpur, Bihar, India.
